Chris has a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Executive Director of the Investorlink Group of Companies, specialising in corporate finance. Chris has over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, including capital and debt raisings, IPO’s and trade sales.

  
     
  Chris has just completed his 5 year tenure as Non-Executive Chairman of listed company Bravura Solutions Limited (BVA), initially forming BVA through a management buy out of the Australian wealth management division of Computer Sciences Corporation under Investorlink’s corporate advisory and private equity arm.
 
     
  Chris then guided BVA through it’s highly successful IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange in June 2006. Some three years later with Chris’ primary objectives achieved with BVA. Chris resigned as Chairman in September 2009 to concentrate on Investorlink’s burgeoning global activities, particularly those opportunities emerging from China and Investorlink’s acquisitions in the Asian region.
