Mr Chris Ryan

Chris has a Bachelor of Financial Administration from University of New England at Armidale, New South Wales

From 1982 to 1985 Chris was a Senior Accountant with Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants in Sydney. From 1985 to 1993 Chris was a Partner with Widins, Chartered Accountants and Corporate Advisers in Sydney. Chris established Ryan Partners in 1993 which was subsequently merged with Investorlink Corporate Limited in 2003.

Chris is an appointed Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Registered Tax Agent and holds an Australian Financial Services Licence for the provision of advice on securities. Chris is Treasurer of The Grand Golf Club, Gilston, Queensland and a member of the Financial Industry Complaints Service Limited.

Chris has been lead adviser in corporate acquisitions and divestments of several large national and overseas companies for which he has mentored in the preparation of Prospectuses and Information Memorandums for MBO and LBO purposes. Chris has advised on the ASX listings, separately of investment products through Capital Guaranteed Investments Limited and has prepared Prospectus’ for capital raisings in the unlisted property market.

Chris has acted as Chairman of publicly listed companies and as Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committees.

Mr Ross Benson

Ross is the founder of Investorlink in 1986 further to studying Economics at Macquarie University, New South Wales and Bachelor of Business at Kuringai College, New South Wales. With over 25 years of experience in the Australian Financial Services Industry, he has extensive knowledge and experience in securities, deal structuring and business strategy.

Ross has lead negotiations for divestment and acquisition strategies for medium to large enterprise and has a depth of experience in Prospectus and Offer document preparation. Subsequent to the formation of Investorlink he has established associated business units in wealth management, private equity, property syndication and structured financial products.

Ross has spent considerable time in China and other Asian markets to understand future trends and opportunities in the Australian market. This experience provides Investorlink with cross border acquisition advisory and negotiation expertise for Australian and Offshore clients.

Ian Tan

Ian has over 20 years experience in the administration of investment portfolios, self managed superannuation funds, Companies, Trusts and Property projects. He joined the Investorlink group in 1990 and has been instrumental in the expansion of the company over the past 21 years.

Grant Williams

Grant has over 25 years experience as a stockbroker and specialises in portfolio management. Grant has a Bachelor of Business degree, and is ASIC PS146 Accredited. Grant has expertise in global listed equity markets valuation and analysis. He has spent considerable time in China and Asian markets further enhancing Investorlink’s cross border experience in securities transactions.

Grant Williams is a Director of Sydney stockbroking firm RBS Morgans Reynolds and has received accreditation from the Australian Stock Exchange for SEATS and has a Level II Derivatives Adviser.

Diana Wallen

Diana has over 20 years experience in Business Services and 15 years experience in the Australian Financial Services Industry. Having spent a substantial part of her career at Investorlink, she supervises the management of the business operations, human resources and the financial management of Investorlink Securities.

Charles Davis

Charles is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has 45 years experience in audit and accounting services. He was the manager in an international accounting firm, a partner in a regional accountancy practice and has been with Investorlink for 14 years . Charles is PS 146 accredited and with many years of experience brings considerable expertise in accounting, taxation, superannuation and financial structuring of transactions.
